Fossil Room

Ground floor, one small deep window facing the fields where the fossils come up. The walls are mud brick over half a metre thick, which is the whole technology of a house at this altitude — thin windows, thick walls, heat held from the day. The bukhari is lit at six. We bring more fuel at nine without being asked.
